Advice:

  1. Girdle sizes run smaller than regular clothing sizes because the product material has a higher degree of compression. If you are between sizes or want a more comfortable, unrestricted fit, consider choosing a larger size.
  2. The size chart shows body measurements, not Girdles sizes.
  3. This data is determined by manually measuring the product and may vary by 0.8 mm or 1.5 mm

How to measure

Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and neither too tight nor too loose. Make sure you wear a well-fitting bra to get an accurate measurement.

Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Make sure the measuring tape is snug, but not too tight or too loose.

Hips: Measure at the fullest part of your hips, usually the widest part of your buttocks. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and is neither too tight nor too loose.
